We liked rooms with comfy soft beds. The location was incredible to the 50th Street E train station that runs from JFK. In a hurry we visited Panda Express nearby.

Had spacious room and a great stay during the business trip. Great and incredible location close to Broadway Theatres, easy to get around. Very close to theatre district and Times Square and the theatre district. ...  

The hotel was in a very central setting in the center of the city.

Location: the hotel was close to local amenities, Broadway, and the theatres with great subway links a couple of blocks away. We had a nice stay thanks to pleasant and incredible staff.

The venue's position was very central. I enjoyed the room with a comfortable bed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Walked all over ny. Shopped. Went to a broadway Play. Ate out a lot.

The Queen size bed was smaller than anyother queen size bed we have slept in. The pillows were not at all comfortable. We had to ask for the ice bucket liner to be replaced each day. There was mold in the bathroon window.

We found the 414 Hotel to be very comfortable, in an extremely good position, and with very friendly and helpful staff. It was a perfect base for sightseeing, theatre, shopping etc. We liked the easygoing atmosphere and the ability to help...  

The room is well-appointed and spotlessly clean on the lower floors, the hotel features a main bar onsite. Its location is marvellous and incredible, near the theater district and great restaurants, Broadway and midtown attractions and Times Square, Madison Avenue and Central Park, charming area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the theater district and in a very strategic area of the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing valuable information and tips for our stay.

The hotel had a very central location and it was minutes from Music Box Theatre. We enjoyed complementary and delicious breakfast with cappuccino or espresso, offered by the venue. The staff were pleasant and incredible day and night

we liked best the opportunity to sit around the table in the lobby and eat breakfast with the other guests. this lead to some good friendships during our stay. the staff were also very happy for us to use the table in the evenings to socialise over pizzas and wine. they supplied wine glasses and a corkscrew too!

Location excellent, handy to Time Square, and close to a number of restaurants. Also that it was a small hotel - only 22 rooms so more personal. Breakfast included also a bonus.

Bit noisy at times

Convenient location near Times Square, but on a quiet street. Virtual check-in/check-out is hassle-free. Close to subway. Friendly staff, encouraged socialization. Good breakfast, nice-sized rooms with quality amenities. Quaint and cozy atmosphere, reminiscent of Paris. Complimentary happy hour with drinks and snacks. Would definitely return.

Clean, warm, functional and unobtrusive.

Our room was very plain and small, not as 'boutiquey' as the website. Having said that, I have no complaints.
